1. Return Period
We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, you must request it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Example: If you receive your order on July 1st, you can request a return until July 31st.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must:
- Be in like-new condition (unused or minimally used)
- Include all original parts and packaging
- Show no signs of damage or heavy use
- Include all original documentation and instructions

Step 2: Return Approval

Step 3: Ship the Product Back
Ship the product to the provided address. We recommend:
- Using a shipping service with tracking
- Keeping your shipping receipt
- Packaging the product securely
Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective.
Step 4: Inspection and Refund
After we receive your product:
- We will inspect it within 5 business days
- If accepted, we will process your refund
- The refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
4. Partial Refunds
We may provide a partial refund in the following cases:
- Product shows signs of light use
- Minor parts are missing or damaged
- Packaging is damaged but product is in good condition
The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of damage.
5. When Returns Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Product shows signs of heavy use or regular use
- Product is damaged from improper use
- Product is damaged from unsafe shipping
- Product has been opened and is not in original condition
- Return request is submitted after 30 days
In these cases, we will:
- Ship the product back to you (you pay return shipping)
- Not process a refund
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We will send you a replacement or full refund
- You do not need to ship back the defective product (we will provide instructions)
7. International Returns
If you are outside the United States:
- You are responsible for international shipping costs
- You are responsible for any import taxes or fees
- Processing time may be longer (2-4 weeks)
8. Shipping Refunds
We will refund original shipping costs if:
- Product is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong product
- You return the product within 30 days and it is accepted
We will not refund shipping costs if:
- You change your mind after receiving the product
- Product is in unacceptable condition
