Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information.

Note: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT-5) will begin processing the same day. During high-volume periods (holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer transparent shipping rates based on your order value. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (5-10 days).

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs paid at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. LumiDisc is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Lost or Stolen Packages

LumiDisc is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. We recommend checking with neighbors or building management. If the package remains missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
