At LumiDisc, we stand behind our LumiDisc Belt with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We want to ensure your journey to pain relief is confident and worry-free. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or misuse).
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • All accessories (manuals, charging cables, etc.) are included.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the Item: Securely place the LumiDisc Belt and all accessories in the original box.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our support team.

Note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. LumiDisc is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2-3 business days), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

5. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If your LumiDisc Belt is faulty, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
